His expertise covers property valuation, development feasibility, cost management, procurement, project delivery, contract administration and real estate advisory services.

A respected property developer, construction professional and business mentor with more than forty years of experience in the Namibian construction and property sectors. As founder and owner of J. Groenewald Properties, he has delivered numerous residential, commercial and civil engineering projects throughout Namibia. He provides strategic guidance and valuable practical insight gained through decades of successful project delivery and property development.

A Professional Quantity Surveyor and Associate Arbitrator with more than fifteen years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, project administration and dispute resolution. His project experience includes multi-storey developments, commercial buildings, civil engineering infrastructure, water supply systems, pump stations and public sector developments valued at up to N$730 million. He specialises in cost planning, procurement management, contract administration, claims evaluation and commercial management.

With over 8 years of experience in office administration and procurement, Amy holds a Diploma in Public Relations and a B-Degree in Media Studies (Honours). She is instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of the academy’s administration.

A registered nurse with over four years of experience, dedicated to making a positive impact on the healthcare and construction industry through community support, training, and mentorship.
